FLF is located at South of Johor in the distinct of Johor Bahru which is near to the 2nd link to Singapore. Then we provide flower delivery to all region within Johor Bahru. However, we can also help to arrange flower within stated region.
Our delivery time is from 8am to 12am everyday include public holidays. For specific delivery time out of our business operation hours will have extra charges, may refer to delivery table.
We provide FREE delivery to cover whole JB area during our delivery time and for some particular area there will be extra charge. For distant location that out of our coverage you may contact us to discuss further.
FLF always try the best to deliver all the order safely and speedy and ensure the order can be deliver successful in time, however in the cases that delivery service is unavailable or unpleasant situation occurs which is not under our control then Freeland cannot be held responsible on it.
In the situation where the flower delivery for confirmed order needs to be cancel or in the event of a non-delivery, please contact us via our WhatsApp. Customers are responsible to contact us within 3 days of the scheduled delivery date to claim a refund, failure to do so may cause the lapse of any rights to a refund.
FLF reserves the right to change or arrange different delivery method in some critical situation without prior notification.
Any changes on the address details, customers may contact us directly at least 1 day before delivery date to ensure that the flower deliver to correct address on time. Failure of giving any advance notice on changing the details of address, Freeland are not responsible for any wrong location delivery, and we are not providing any refund in these cases.
Customers need to make sure that your recipient is available at the address provided, if not we have the right to pass the flower to representative person or any reception counter. Any re-routed address will cause extra delivery fee charges.
