In some cases delivery may not be possible within a specific time requested due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

• Price quoted are not applicable for special occasions. For example, delivery around Valentine's Day have different prices.
  
  
• Filling out of the orders does not mean an order has been accepted, we can only process your order upon receipt of payment.

During the Peak / Festive season e.g. Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Hari Raya, Christmas, Chinese New Yea, kindly place your order two (2) days in advance.

Due to the higher demand than usual during Peak / Festive season, we will try to accommodate your special time request as practical as we can otherwise, delivery will be made within the delivery date.
